With the unprecedented power being handed to the President now that he is Judge, Jury, and Executioner of American citizens (A.K.A. the Bourgeoisie killing the Proletariat) I am reminded of a quote by Benjamin Franklin — “Those who would give up Essential Liberty to purchase a little Temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety.” If you want Freedom and Liberty you have to accept the risk that comes with it, otherwise we will just live in a police state like The Soviet Union, the same Soviet Union our government told us was evil for spying on it’s people. The more things change, the more they stay the same.
